hey, welcome to Spark...I like to get my exercising done early in the morning or I'm afraid I won't get to it. As far as meals for us, i try and plan ahead with a weekly menu. A slow cooker is great for me to use as I home school the kids. I try and give them as many fresh fruits and veggies as I can throughout the day.

aah dont worry it will work out - we are all hectically busy and it will just take a lot of preplanning and the rest falls into place. I have a schedule i work to and then after i have done all the jobs I take a walk to relax and everything has a place. Exercise early before you start your day and pack all the meals at night before sleeping so when you leave for work in the morning - all is done and there is no cheating.

Hi, I am also a stay at home mom. I just started on my weight loss journey. I feel like I am constantly on the go with taking my son to therapy and stuff. I also am wondering about meal planning and what is the best foods to get and healthy recipes that are not too complicated. When I started exercising I found some dance workouts on youtube, and my oldest son dances with me. It makes it more interesting and fun.

I'm a busy mom that also works from home PT and I do volunteer work. With my crazy schedule I don't think about planning for meals and as a result many times we order take out. I also don't make time to exercise since there's so much to do. When I finally do have some time to myself I just want to sit on the couch and watch T.V

Would like to meet other moms with similar situation and ask:
How you manage to fit in exercising?
What are your tricks for planning meals?
