Hi. How's your day going?
After several years and a few health issues, my weight's upů waaaay up from healthy, toned or fit. NO MORE!!!
After only 5 days at SP the scale numbers are already heading in the right direction!
My goal is to lose 40 lbs by the end of August (B-day) And to get back to the activities I love like paddle boarding, yoga & volleyball. I'm tired of being a spectator!!
