I am praying with this program and the support that I can get it under control. My last A1C was 9.9. Pretty bad. I have not done very well with planning meals and snacks since I am always on the go. I need to slow down, eat healthy, and exercise. I am seeing alot of great tips. Since I am on the go so much, I snack alot (on the wrong things). Most people crave sweets, I crave chips.
I am a insulin dependant diabetic that needs to loss 25 pounds. My sugar levels are always above 200 and when I diet, they bottom out. I eat about 6 times a day. This program looks great and I am going to try again.
