Hello all :) I am new to SparkPeople and looking forward to my journey. My second day on here and very pleased to see all of the information and resources I can use. This site/community seems to be very welcoming, so thank you.
I am looking to becoming a better me and looking to lose at least 30 lbs by mid-June. Today is my first day of my lifestyle change and I am praying that I get through.
I end up giving up, binge eating which in result, gain more weight than I was originally. I can't tell you how many times it has happened. This time, I have enough time rightttt before summer begins.
Please help! And I am welcome to new friends that would like to stick by and help!
