If you are completely faithful to your calorie allotment, here are the obvious culprits; not enough sleep, not enough water, not enough exercise, too much sodium, too many processed foods.
Now that that's out of the way; concentrate on NSVs (that's non scale victories) because the scale is so fickle, you could even be building muscle which weighs more.
The important thing is, Do you feel better? Are you stronger? Are you clothes fitting better?
Also, sometimes it takes our bodies time to adjust. Once, I went to WW and hadn't lost all month, then I weighed in the next day and I had lost 10 pounds! Unfortunately, plateaus exist, but don't worry, the fickle scale will catch up!
The only "diet" that works is consistency!
