Hello everyone I just retired after 28 years of working my last 8 years I sat all day so I am out of shape and 100 pounds over weight. I had gone to weight watchers lost 30 pounds but with my daily duties I found it hard to keep going to the meetings and not to mention costing me more money....this time I want to make it work and now I have more time for me..so today is the first day of my new chapter in my life. I also had breast cancer 6 years ago...so it is very important I make this work.
