I was in WW too, and stopped due to expense and inconvenience. I just want to belong somewhere with people who are just like me. I like it at SP and I do feel like I belong. I get a lot of really good ideas here, and I intend to use them, I hope someday I can give someone else some good ideas too.

I lost 35 with Weight Watchers at Work two years ago. I too stopped primarily due to cost. I'm hoping to build new community here too. I've started Spark twice before but didn't really get to know anyone. Life is busy and there's not a lot of support in my personal sphere but I'm tired of making excuses. I just want to get this done!
Let's keep each other motivated! I want to be talking about my dazzling success this time next year.

Plus, you will meet others with similar interests, goals, and or challenges. And being active on your Spark Teams will keep you accountable.

I was on Weight Watchers for a year and lost 25 pounds but the cost has caused me to cancel my membership.
