Hey Maria, I don't power-lift, but the great thing about SP is that you can track soooo many different things. Some people come here to lose weight, some people are here to track their water intake, how much they sleep, trying to gain weight... and so on. Its a great tool to eat more healthy, personally it has made me more aware of what I am putting in my body. Good luck!!!

I'm currently doing John Berardi's Precision Nutrition programme, and wanted to use SparkPeople as an additional resource to stay active and monitor progress. I'm into Powerlifting, and I don't really want to lose weight, just stay at my current weight but eat more healthily.
Is anybody else here into powerlifting / weightlifting?
