HI my name is jamie and i am a mother to two wonderful kids, both girls one is 14 and the other is 11yr old. I have been dealing with my weight for about 4 yrs now and i have tried diets and exercise but i never stick it through . Once i start i get on a roll but if something throws me off then that's it ,it's over. The one real bad habit i have is eating cereal i love it! Another bad thing is my mom likes to cook and big amounts so i will have decent food but it large porpotions anyways i am ready to do this one last time and succeed at it. My goal weight is 125 lbs and i will have to lose 50lbs . So far i really enjoy this site ... see ya all around
