Hi all! I was a SP member a few years ago, but got way off track. I've gained back about 15 pounds (boo!), but I know I'm ready to make some changes!
I'm getting married in September 2014, but the wedding hasn't been a huge motivation for me. I'm more motivated by the fact that since moving in with my fiance, I have gained so much weight! This is not a path I want to go down and I don't want to struggle with my weight forever. I'm ready to make changes that will make a health impact for me-- I'm hoping for not only weight loss, but also better blood pressure numbers. I know in the next 3-5 years we will want to try to have a baby, and I want to be feeling great about my body by then :)
