Thanks for the support guys! I am determined this time around to make it last, so much harder the older I get and after my surgery my stomach has never been as flat as before. Hoping cutting the sugar and bread helps tremendously!

I have noticed the most drastic weight loss while using Sparkpeople and credit this site and the community I joined for the 80lb loss I had in 2011.

Now, sadly after having gallbladder surgery and starting and ending a photography business I am miserable and ready to take control of my life. I like to call myself a "food-aholic" because when I put one bite of anything unhealthy in my mouth I can't stop until it's gone.

I have challenged myself to losing 50 pounds by October, my 8th wedding anniversary.

I have started one week ago today with a 6 week mini challenge for myself to not touch a single sweet besides fruit and cut out soda entirely. I am confident that I can do this again! I would love anyone else to join in for support!
