Welcome to Spark People! I too hate to track what I eat so I just eliminated that step. I still plan healthy meals and snacks but, I skip the step of tracking it because it seems like a chore. I decided to track other things that are fun and rewarding such as exercising, drinking more water, or small goals that I set for myself. For example, this week I cut sugar out of my coffee. I still like my coffee and think of all the calories I have saved! I also find it hard to fit in exercising on my long work days so I decided if I can't do a workout then I would at least fit in 10-15 minutes of stretching or yoga type exercise before and after work. Guess what? I found that to be more relaxing than hard work and at least I am giving myself credit for doing something! Hoping that small everyday changes will lead to a big change in the future!
