Neenah. This is a great place to get information, support and encouragement. I suggest you set up a sparkpage and make it public so people can get to know you and cheer you on. I've found using the nutrition and fitness trackers very helpful in my journey to lose weight and get fitter. You can go to the videos under the articles and videos tab at the top of the page and there are videos telling you how to use them. I also recommend doing the welcome guide because it will help you learn all there is available here.
