Hello and Welcome Back! It sounds like you know what you need to do to be a healthier you. SP has all the tools to help you reach your goals. The fitness and exercise trackers are really helpful and being active on your Spark Teams will help keep you motivated and accountable. Plus, you will meet members with similar interests. I do recommend you allow members to post on your Spark Page. Presently, you don't allow comments. That way you can get encouraging words, support, etc. Best of luck to you!

Hi everyone! I'm new (or re-joining) today. I'm looking to start fresh. No looking back anymore. I need to make positive changes in my life. For the first time, I'm doing this for my health first. I've always prided myself as being in shape and somehow, I managed to lose that part of myself. As a single mom, I need to be healthy not only for myself, but for my daughter as well. I suffer from depression - unlike most people I know who suffer from this disorder I tend to gain weight with each bout. I am looking to make small, positive changes in my life to lead to my ultimate goal of weight loss and better health. I know that with a positive, supportive community and making the right decisions I can and will succeed. I look forward to meeting like minded people who are on the same journey to better health ;)
