Congratulations and welcome back! Just the fact that you are trying again says a lot about your character and drive to do this! I think we each have to know yourselves and what works and what won't work. I've tried so many diets over the years that it can be hard to try one more time. But if we never keep trying, we will never know when that one time will work!!! Usually, after a couple of weeks I'm tired, struggling and giving up! But this time is different. I'm over a month into my new plan and am feeling on top of the world!!! You can do this! Do it for yourself and every reason you stated! You are worth it!

I have 2 kids, 8 and 10, and it feels so good to be active with them. I completely understand where you are coming from. I wish I would have done this 10+ years ago, but I can't dwell on the past. I'm only looking forward! I am very motivated, energized, and feeling great! If you need a friend to talk to, or a buddy to walk with on this journey, don't hesitate to contact me anytime!

Again, welcome back! Making this decision to try again is step #1! Every journey begins with a single step! You can do this!

So I have a new login and a new username and back at it ....again.

I have to ask myself what will be different this time....

This time ....I am going to use actual real ingredients and not fake "diet" food and protein much as possible.

This time...I am going to use my slow cooker to help cook recipes for a few days at a time.

This time...I have a great motivator, keeping up with my 15 month daughter and wanting to pass on good eating habits to her, and good body healthy image, and not having to face the stigma of having a "fat mom" when she goes to school....

This time....I am setting realistic goals....not goals of how much I will loose per se, but goals of eating real food, goals of moving more and exercising and getting outside, goals of having fun.

This time will be the last time to start! And the time I won't ever stop....!
