weight had not change the last 12 days? did you change routine? ate more? stopped working out? try to monitor on how much calorie intake you are doing in the next 7 days, and do some light stretch. depends on your calorie intake if you are not burning it, it will stay still, if not gained some more weight. let me know how that work.

you are so right! i do a light ab roller every other day maybe 10 minutes and the rest just stretch. i looked at my pic 3 years ago and i looked puffy. but slowly weight is coming off. thanks for sharing. all of us here will be each other strong allies to get to our goal!

Hi! I have found my motivation, finally, to lose the weight I have accumulated after several
decades of exposure to food. Gained about 10 lbs/decade...hey, that's a pound a year!
Anyway, I am 56, and am finding I must move and groove to lose weight. I bought a fitbit exercise tracker and that is helping me to increase my activity. Would recommend an activity tracker. Love it!
And because we are older, we must be gentle on our bodies and selves so as not to create negative memories that make us avoid those activities in the future. So take it easy, keep doing something, anything, and we will see results!
