Hi! I have found my motivation, finally, to lose the weight I have accumulated after several
decades of exposure to food. Gained about 10 lbs/decade...hey, that's a pound a year!
Anyway, I am 56, and am finding I must move and groove to lose weight. I bought a fitbit exercise tracker and that is helping me to increase my activity. Would recommend an activity tracker. Love it!
And because we are older, we must be gentle on our bodies and selves so as not to create negative memories that make us avoid those activities in the future. So take it easy, keep doing something, anything, and we will see results!
