Welcome back! I did better my second time around on Spark. Now I am staying on to maintain my healthy habits.

If it's safe for you, bundle up and go outside for a quick walk. It can be very exhilerating and a great calorie burn. Otherwise I agree with the Leslie Sasone videos. She's excellent. There are many great videos here on Spark as well.

Take it in baby steps, make small healthy changes every day that you can live with permanently!

Welcome back! You can do this!

Have you checked out the indoor walking workouts by Leslie Sansone? They are fun, easy to follow, and you don't need a lot of space indoors to do them. If you want to "try before you buy" you can look her up on You Tube, or see if your local library has the workouts on DVD.
