Hi. I am starting again after an injury (fell on the ice). The hardest thing for me is consistency. I will do well counting calories and exercising for a few days, or a week and then stop doing all the good things ... so, I down a little, up a little, etc. It is so frustrating. I am trying to track each day on a planner that I look at all the time, so that I won't quit. What is the one big thing you struggle with?

This is not too hard for me. I can do this.

“When you're a beautiful person on the inside, there is nothing in the world that can change that about you. Jealousy is the result of one's lack of self-confidence, self-worth, and self-acceptance.

The Lesson: If you can't accept yourself, then certainly no one else will.”

Welcome back to sparks so glad you have returned

Take a few minutes to make up a sparkpage making it public and allowing members to post messages to you on it

Also don't forget to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined - lots of encouragement there

If interested come to my sparkpage and have a look for the group called Changing my lifestyle is a challenge. We are a small group and we are all making changings in order to lose weight. We have a new month challenge starting tomorrow February 3. If you are interested in joining all we would ask is that you post as often as possible - we ask that all members post regularly.

I rejoined spark this past Monday (new name) I had been a member a few years ago and really like the site. So, I am familiar with the set up. I like the new changes since I was on.

I would like to make some buddies or friends to interact with. I am 50 years old. I am a Nurse(LPN) and recently unemployed. I joined Spark because I need to get into shape and be healthier. I love all the articles and information. I joined two sparkteams, Nurses and Diabetic Challenge. I am hoping to loose 30 pounds to start. I need to get rid of more, but that is my first big goal.
