Hi. I'm Kristi and I know just what you mean. I've lost 100 pounds over several years. Eating right and exercising. Then managed to gain 40 of it back. Back to bad eating habits. Hoe do I get back on track?

Hi I'm a mother of four and a grandmother of five and one on the way. The kids are all grown well almost still have two at home. I have tried every diet in the world. Every time a new diet come out I'm on it and they all work in the beginning. The weight comes off I'm motivated, eating right, and even exercising. But after I start to see and feel the change something happens. Its as if I do things that I know would hurt my progress. I don't understand why I do this because I really want to lose this weight. I'm a 150 pounds over weight and its starting to effect my health. Hope this not to heavy for an introduction.No pond intended
