Hello, my name is Pam, I have been here before several years ago. I have recently gained 20 lbs of weight that I had lost, its been a real struggle for me lately.
I have a 45 year High School reunion coming up in June that I need to get in shape for. I need to lose 43 lbs to reach my goal, if I could lose 30 lbs by the reunion would be great. That is my goal, 30 lbs by June 14th.
I need to change. I plan on eating right, counting calories, and exercising daily.
I know that I can get a lot of support here.
