Hi everyone. I tried SparkPeople before, and didn't stay very long because I still couldn't lose weight. Now, a year later, I am back looking for better results. I know quite a few foods I can no longer eat, and am hoping that will give me a better edge as to what I should and should not try to eat for weight loss. Some of you may want to tell me to get tested, but I have been there, done that, and have had mixed results with different labs. That being said, I just want to lose weight and get healthy. I am turning 56 next week, have a BMI of 38, and have metabolic issues. I am a hard worker, and don't let a little pain stop me from exercising. My biggest derailment is sugar. At the end of the day, it seems I must have something sweet to satisfy my cravings. Usually, it is chocolate. I look forward to the "second time around"
