Hello and Welcome to SparkPeople!
I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come! * Diet is a dirty word. Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate!

Hi everyone, my name is Glenda and I want to lose at least 73 pounds. I signed up for Spark People several months ago but did not seriouly follow the program-- in fact, I have gained 53 pounds since then. I am starting fresh now. The first thing I am going to do is stop drinking soda. I am also considering joining a gym if I can afford it. Well, good luck to all you, may you all reach your goal weight.
