Hi there! I am 29 years old, 30 in 2 months! I finally decided to sign up for SparkPeople after hearing about it from co-workers. It is a bit overwhelming but I will get the hang of it soon! I have battled my weight ever since I can remember. I have lost and gained and lost and gained. I could never find the right way to keep my weightloss off. I have tried everything from trainers to diets. My co-worker decided to start a "biggest loser" here and work and figured this would be a great way to push me again... I go to the gym at least 4-5 times a week and saw no results. I even took up kickboxing and went 5x a week. I am now tracking my food on my phone and hoping this will help. I need help with motivation and food tips!
