Hey everyone - happy Friday!! :-)
My name's Brittney, and I'm 23 years old - I joined Spark People back in 2012, but never got very into it and mainly just used it to find some healthy recipes once in awhile.
I had lost about 90 pounds in 2011, and had managed to keep most of it off for about a year. I had some health issues and a major back issue in 2013, so last year was marked with lots of procedures and lots of pain. I didn't exercise at all, and I definitely let my eating habits slip. I gained all of my weight back, plus 20 more pounds - putting my goal now at 110 lbs.
I am a little daunted by the changing of the nutrition habits - so, my goal is to start small (e.g. getting more sleep, drinking more water, etc.) and work on my fitness goals, and begin to ease into more of the nutrition changes when I feel more prepared - I know one of the biggest motivators of a change is actually being willing and wanting, and I'm working my way up to being excited (or at least, not dreading) healthy eating again.
If you haven't noticed, I love to write - I'd talk your ears off if I could, but I better cut this off now.
