I had lap band surgery in August of 2009 and did great. Went from 276 to 170 and felt awesome. Unfortunately, the beast I thought I'd conquered has now conquered me and I'm back to 252 lbs. I want to get back on track, but I can't seem to get my head into the game. For awhile -- a week or two -- I would really like to have a diet plan to follow. I want to take my choices away and basically have someone dictate to me what I should eat for each meal. Can someone direct me to a site or share with me a meal plan that they have? This would help me immensely. I *think* that after a couple of weeks of being successful and seeing some initial weight loss, I might be able to continue on without a set plan. Does anyone have anything to share?
