Hi! I had a stroke 1 1/2 years ago. I have tried very hard to get up and keep going. I am now at a point where I can walk a mile in about 40 minutes. I was always a hiker before the stroke, so I feel like I am in slow motion, but I am trying. I gained more inches than weight the last year because I couldn't exercise much. I intend to try!
