Hi Everyone,

I've entered a new phase in life and my metabolism completely shifted. I gained 20 pounds in 1 year on top of the 30 I already needed to lose. My goal is to lose 50 pounds. I've done a lot and accomplished a lot, but for now my attention needs to turn toward my health and fitness. I want to keep and/or increase the joy in my life!!
