What a great way to end this year and start the new year!
I see you have set up a SparkPage ~ good for you as this will help you on your travels to a healthier you. Plus, it gives other members a way to support and encourage you along the way.
I would suggest that you look up at the menu bar that runs across the top of the Start page & on the right hand side, you will see "Site Guide" .... click on that & then select Site Tour videos. There are TONs of resources at SparkPeople & they can seem overwhelming to learn to use & that's where watching the videos will help you.
As you go along, try to be patient with yourself. Make small changes & when you feel comfortable, add in something new. A lot of people try to do too much too soon & then give up. This is a lifestyle, NOT a diet.
If you haven't already, think about joining 2 or 3 teams that speak to any personal interests you have ~ probably the greatest feature of Spark are the members who make it up.
