Here is a great idea which worked for me (when I was registered with a gym).
Don't always be the driver - because once you're there with someone you have to do SOMETHING until they leave ;) Gym is a healthy addiction. Start slow, you'll find after some time you'll grave going to the gym :)

And if it really is hard for you to get into it - look into a preworkout drink (which is safe for yourself AND legal).

p.s. Even if you just walk slowly on the treadmill, it does count, and as you get fitter and stronger you can raise your options (I love weight training)

Good morning! I am trying to increase weight loss and increase energy. Started Planet Fitness this week. Going early in the mornings! My sons are assisting in keeping me motivated. See if I go one of them get to go for free. Looking at this as a family activity instead of something I have to do is making it easier.

I am so thankful. By the age of 36 my Mom was disabled because of her weight. By the grace of God and help I am breaking a cycle. A cycle of obesity, and a cycle of bad health habits. Thank you all for your assistance. Reading your goals, struggles, and success makes me know that it is not going to be an easy journey but if I continue to push forward the goals I set will be met.
