Welcome MSCHARMS! I understand your frustration. I'm not a fan of juicing or any other fad diet for long-term weight loss.
The only long-term success I've seen is with healthy food and actvity. I started by not worrying about food except to log everything and I mean everything, the good, bad and the ugly. While I did that, I started getting more active, walks around the mall, at lunch at work, even laps around my house.
There are great videos on spark, some as short as seven minutes.
After a couple weeks of getting active, I took a hard look at my nutrition tracker. I saw my habits and where I could make some changes, reducing portions.
There is a lot of support and information here. Take it one day at a time. Make small changes every day that you can live with permanently!
