So glad you are here.Take it in small steps every day that you can live with permanently. When I started, I tracked everything I ate and drank and I mean everything. While doing that I worked on getting a little more active each day.
After a couple weeks of being active, I reviewed my nutrition tracker to see my habits and decide where I could make healthier choices or simply reduce portion sizes.
There is SO much information here as far as health related articles, healthy recipes and free workout videos. Some videos are as short as 7 minutes.
So right now, commit a small act of power, walk laps around the house for five minutes then grab a glass of water, there's your start.
Have faith in yourself! You guys are becoming great role models for you kids by making yourselves healthy!
