Congratulations on taking a big step in the right direction in improving your weight loss regimen. I have the same issue with food. What has helped me was to purchase a FITBIT One and sync it to Sparkpeople to get a baseline of the amount of calories I actually burned during a standard day for me. I adjust my calorie intake according to my activity level. I have lost more weight this year than ever before just because I added my FITBIT to my efforts. Enjoy!

Hey everyone!
This is a big step for me. For years I have been "googling" information when it comes to diet, fitness and advice. I have been reluctant in regards to creating my own message board but here it is!
I am ready to take action! I have had this profile for the last 4 years but never reached out to anyone!
I am 22 year old female. I don't have much weight to lose and I consider myself average. I weigh 154 pounds and I am 5'5 with 31% body fat. My highest weight was 165 pounds.
I consider myself very active. I have been attending crossfit classes for the last 3 months now and lost a total of 8% body fat but remained the same weight.
On the contrary, my biggest downfall is food. I can't seem to stick on a diet. I love fast food and I really don't know how to cook. When I am bored I always turn to food because I don't know what else to do.

I am looking to meet new people with similar goals and to stay motivated. I really need tips to help change my eating habits!
