Annekeller84. This is a great place to get the information, support and encouragement you need to lose weight. There are teams and support groups for various ages and I'm sure there are some for stay at home moms like you. I'd suggest you make your Sparkpage and make it public so friends have a place to go to encourage you. I also recommend using the nutrition and fitness trackers every day, it really helps you to lose weight.
Cheering for you.

So' im 29yo I have had 4 children the last of which are my adorable twin girls.. as twins you can imagine I gained weight and at 8lb5oz and 8lb6oz the girls where not tiny when born.. so now at 20mo after having them I sit and find myself and the biggest I have ever weighed.. im a stay at home mom and while yes im busy im not busy enough apparently. Im 5'7.5" and im 267 pounds.. and I don't feel beautiful, I don't feel attractive for my husband in anyway in fact I don't know sometimes how he can look at me and tell me im beautiful .. and it doesn't help hes 5'10 and 150 pounds soaking wet and has not gained a pound in the last 10 years. so he doesn't understand my frustration.. im tired of everyone telling me im just cute' im adorable im beautiful just the way I am ... I know I need to do this on my own because no one can lose the weight for me .. but without any support its very discouraging. so hopefully putting myself out there maybe I can get the support I need!
