emoticon I am a 58 year old cancer survivor with lots of support. However, I am overweight and tired all the time. My lifelong poor food choices are catching up with me. I have a slipped disk in my back as well as fibromyalgia. I am also pre-diabetic. I used Sparkpeople some time ago to help with weight loss and was successful when I stayed connected. For me, journaling food is essential to weight loss. I need to learn to eat more healthy foods and less junk. It worked once, surely it could work again...
