Lost 40 lbs total and reached goal weight on 10/23/2013. Practicing maintenance (through setbacks) with commitment and enthusiasm!

Hi all: I am vegetarian and try to eat healthy. I want to lose 15 lbs and have been trying but it just does not seem to happen. I hope I can achieve my goal with Spark people. Is there an iphone app that I can use?
