I'll be easy on myself, you know, somewhere between 30-40 weight loss is my goal. After multiple pregnancies this lady is ready to be fit and fabulous! :) After becoming a mother, some chronic health issues and surgeries afterward have made my climb to fitness troublesome. But I'm not giving up. I am a certified health coach (and have a Bachelor of Science) but embarrassed to do anything with it career-wise because of my current state of body, and therefore state of mind.
I'm ready to be strong. I am ready to be happy. I am ready to be a hero to myself, and what I mean by that is to see "me" follow through with goals. Not to be prideful, but simply to be proud of myself for reaching a goal.
