Those are some great goals. Spark will help you break 'em down into bite-size pieces so that you can measure your success along the way. Be sure to join a team or two with people who share those goals and interests for mutual support and encouragement. Spark People are the greatest for that!
Besides the people, I love the fitness and nutrition trackers who help me honestly look at what I'm taking in and what I'm burning calorie-wise. When I started using them, there were some eye-openers!
