Thank you so much for your advice. I will search for a team on gluten free diets. But on a good note my granddaughter. Got married and I will be a great grandma in February .

I haven't been on this. Site for a long time so much has been going on. My mother in law passed away two weeks ago, my Mom and Aunt moved out to a home they bought. My son moved in. I have gained 30 pounds in two years. Now my Dr. Put me on a low fat diet. I have to do this for my health. I have never really counted fat before so this is something new for me. I am not sure how much I am allowed I also have celiac and can't have gluten at all. I want to thank spark people for all of the emails and not giving up on me. Thank you.
