I don't want to wear that snack cake on my hips." Never mind that most of them contain high-fructose corn syrup (cancer cells' favorite fuel!) AND hydrogenated oils, which clog your arteries right up...
If you keep trying to convince your brain that the rush of sugar that it expects and wants is NOT healthy and that you can get the same pleasure without the guilt from other sources, it WILL learn.
Make sure you have something healthy and sweet to substitute... fruit, a small bar of dark chocolate, or yogurt with honey or something.
