Hi to all I am new to the site I herd of it due to my mom who also uses this site. I am trying to lose weight as I become un-healthy as I am no longer as active as I once was. Now that I have gained the weight I have due to a mix of not moving around a lot. Medicine and lack of motivation plus back pain.
I become very tired, unable to sleep quickly and notices as I put on weight when I get sick I stay sick longer which I need to get in check. As I have an injury and when I get sit it re-injuries it. So I ask you Spark people to please help support me in losing my weight and getting more healthy.
If you have any idea for excersizes that would not hurt my back or chest please send them I would love to here the grate Ideas you all have. Thank you and have a good day or night.
