I have come to the startling conclusion that I can no longer blame my massive weight gain on my bi polar medication, or my divorce, or genetics, or anything else! I know my eating habits have been appalling in every way, but it's time to make some changes! The first change is to stop eating per packaged foods. The sodium......wow! Also to exercise daily, even just a little will make a world of difference for me.
I was encouraged to create this topic as I am a very new member, so my topic is ultimately about accountability, and not blaming others, or circumstances for your current weight predicament. My eyes are finally wide open now and I realize if I don't make any changes then no one else will do it for me, so here I go!
