Welcome! Yes, tracking is very important to losing weight and keeping it off. That was my biggest mistake after I lost all my weight a few years ago--I quit logging in and tracking, and now I have a ton of weight to lose again, but we can do this! Good luck on your journey!

I first joined SparkPeople in April, 2012, but didn't do much with it. Re-joined about 3 weeks ago, & I'm determined to stick with it this time! I know tracking is key for me. I've been pretty good about it so far (forgot to track dinner 1 night!) I think that will get easier & faster as I add more foods to my "favorites" list. Also I'm being faithful about wearing my Spark Activity Tracker, which is a good motivator. emoticon
