Awesome, Terri! I lost 160 pounds a few years ago, and I gained a lot back, but I can tell you the main thing that worked for me was tracking what I ate every day and logging in here and communicating with others for support and accountability. I quit doing those things after I hit my goal weight, and that's why I lost the battle. But I'm back now, in full-force! Good luck to you. Join some teams that are very active with their posts. That will help a lot, too, and make friends on here to support and encourage each day! You can do this!
