I totally know what you mean but as long as its healthy fats and you're in you range it's ok. I usually check the pie chart after I do my daily feedback to see what percentage of it is fat, protein and carbs. As long as you're not eating more than the percentage required your'e good.
Since I added avocado to my diet I find that I lose more weight; so fats do have their place.
