You can do this! Feel free to add my on FB for support there as well. I have a lot of friends on FB that are from Spark. We help hold eachother accountable on there as well (which helps bc I'm on FB a lot). You can find my weight loss journey on FB. It provides a lot of support, motivation, diet and exercise tips etc!

I joined Spark in Jan 2013 but am just getting started with my weight loss/lifestyle change. I know it will be successful this time because I'm ready. Starting with herbalife for a few months so I can get over a few bad habits. Also I love to cook and eat. And figure if I can lose weight during the upcoming holiday season that will be a plus.
I look forward to hearing comments about how others have been successful reaching their goals.
