I'm in the same boat! But let's have this be the LAST time we start over. Think of the past times as practice and now you're an expert. What have you learned about yourself? What do you know works and doesn't work?
I know that planning ahead is vital for me. I'm addicted to convenience and if I'm hungry and something isn't ready to grab, I'm going to grab what is.
I also love sitting on the couch... That's definitely changing. I'll still watch TV or surf the web, but I have to be on my fitness ball.
Finally... My ipad has a bedtime. It keeps me up and it's time I tell it no. It's amazing how inspiring Pinterest is to workout but it's one of the sole reasons I'm so tied in the morning.
