Hello, I do understand how hard it is to exercise. I was Not a person that would exercise. Then one day in July I went with a friend for in the water and then change over to on the floor and now I go 3 times a week 3 to 3 half hour each day. Not has it help me in inches and weight but in mind setting too. But trust me you will go when you are ready and until then. God bless and peace to you and just start out slow and know your limits and remember today is today and yesterday is just a thought. Good Luck here in Belton Mo.

Great going on the nutrition side. The "ten minute" challenge helped me get going. Add 10 minutes a day to what you usually do, even if what you usually do is hold forth on the sofa! The idea is that habits build slowly and consistency is the most important thing.

Meanwhile, welcome to Spark! So many resources here to focus on. Maybe Motivation pages will help.
