After going through a major transition in life I went from healthy & active outdoors woman to unhealthy, sedentary office worker. Now I have type 2 diabetes & small fiber neuropathy & about 40-50 lbs to lose. I'm pretty motivated but also know that I need support. I don't have anyone in my life that either needs to lose the weight or is motivated to do so. Love the positive feel of this site & hope to give & get support here!
