emoticon It's not a race to the end but a journey to learn what you need to do to be healthy for the long term. I wonder if there are other changes happening -- like inches lost. The scale is so sensitive to everything and not the best way to gauge your success in becoming healthy. Good luck!! And keep tracking!

Welcome to Spark People. The best advice is to use spark people nutrition tracker. I don't think you are doing anything wrong. This is a long, slow road to a healthy lifestyle.

Hi, I am new to Spark. I finally got tired of being 179IB, been on a 1200 calorie healthy eating diet for about 2 weeks now. I log all my food with Fitness tracker and I lost 4Ib in the first week but now struggling to loose more weight.
I do have a Thyroid issue and am taking meds so maybe this makes it more challenging.

My friend lost 24IB on Naturally slim, am I doing something wrong? How can I speed up my weight loss?
