I finally get it...I'm important and I need to take care of myself for me. I recently (3 months ago) up rooted my life and move 900 miles away from "home." I cut myself from negativity and dread in exchange for happiness and peace within myself. I went from eating fast food 2-3 times a day, sodas daily, no exercise; to an organic mostly vegetarian lifestyle and working out 5-6 days a week. I feel great about myself now, I feel I can continue to move forward in this journey of a health life. Total body, mind and spirit overhaul in the happening!
